One day his father came home after work but he was tired, so he could not ask him for the book and could not go anywhere himself. He decided to start a startup dedicated to carrying paper and small parcels within Mumbai for intraday delivery.

Tilak named his company “Paper and Pencil”. Tilak took help from Mumbai’s dabba service people for delivery. He started PNP Company in July 2018. This company is such a startup that delivers your parcel in 24 hours and it works to deliver parcels weighing up to 3 kg. Clients such as pathology laboratories, boutiques and brokerage firms mainly use PNP’s services. There are more than 200 employees working in this company and 300 Dabbawalas work with them.
