IPS Marin Joseph hails from Kerala. Marin Joseph was born on 20 April 1990 in Ernakulam, Kerala. Her father is Principal Advisor in the Ministry of Agriculture. Her mother is an Economics teacher. Marin did her schooling from Convent of Jesus and Mary School, New Delhi. After this, he did his B.A. from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. Her husband’s name is Dr. Chris Abraham. Marin met Chris while studying in college and married in 2015.

Marin Joseph was very intelligent in studies from the beginning. She wanted to join civil service since childhood. He had prepared for UPSC from Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi. It is not easy to clear UPSC but one can clear it with hard work. He cleared it in her first attempt and got 188th rank after clearing UPSC in 2012. He had given preference to IPS among IAS, IPS, IFS and IRS.
Marin Joseph was trained at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy in Hyderabad. In 2016, Marin Joseph became the youngest officer to command the state Independence Day parade.
Rape accused arrested from Saudi
In 2019, Marin Joseph left for Saudi Arabia to nab a child rapist who had fled from Kerala to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The rape case is of 2017. The accused raped his friend’s niece for three months. When she came to know that the accused was in Saudi Arabia, Lady Dabangg reached Saudi Arabia to nab Accused Sunil Kumar, a resident of Kollam, Kerala.
