After which his first posting was as Assistant Collector in Dindori, Madhya Pradesh.

IAS Srushti Jayant Deshmukh was born on 28 March 1995 in Kasturba Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Srushti was a very bright student since childhood. The best feature of Srushti Jayant Deshmukh was that he was very focused on his studies since childhood.

She did her early schooling from Carmel Convent School, BHEL, Bhopal. She was a very hardworking and brilliant girl in studies. He had 8 CGPA marks in class 10th. After this she had kept 93.4% marks in class 12th. She had enrolled in Laxmi Narayan College of Technology  Bhopal for further studies. She did B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from this college.

She started preparing for UPSC from the time of his engineering studies. He had chosen Sociology as an optional subject. She gave his first prelim exam in 2017. She also secured good marks in the Mains examination. After this, she enrolled in Drishti IAS Coaching Center to prepare for the interview, in this coaching center former IAS officer Dr. Vikas Divyakirti sir studies.
