Akshat Jain was born in 1995 in Jaipur Rajasthan India. His father’s name is Dharam Chand Jain, who is an IAS officer and mother’s name is Simmi Jain, who is working in the Indian Revenue Service. He completed his schooling from the India International School in Jaipur, his birth place. Akshat wanted to become an engineer since childhood. That’s why after passing JEE exam completed graduation in designing from IIT Guwahati.

After completing his graduation from IIT Guwahati, he started preparing for Civil Services Examination, IAS Akshat Jain was denied only 2 numbers in his first attempt. Failing in his first attempt did not stop him and in the year 2019, he got All India second 2nd rank. He got this success by passing the UPSC exam at the age of just 23. He did not go to any coaching institute for UPSC preparation but prepared under a strategy.

Akshat had made a strategy for the preparation, under which he used to make short notes. This made it very easy to revise them. Akshat Jain believes that according to the syllabus if you prepare short notes then it becomes easy to understand and remember things.
