He did his 12th class from Columbia Convent Higher Secondary School, Indore. Anubhav holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Renaissance College of Commerce and Management, Indore. Anubhav’s father was a government official. They wanted Anubhav to also become an IAS officer. For this, his father sent him to Delhi for UPSC preparation.

When Anubhav went to Delhi to prepare for UPSC, he met his school friend Anand Nayak. After which he started Chai Sutta Bar. Anubhav continued his studies.
