Bhuvan was born on 22 January 1994 in Baroda, Gujarat. The full name of Bhuvan is Bhuvan Avnindra Shankar Bam. His father’s name is Avnindra and mother’s name is Padma Bam. He has an elder brother named Aman Bam who is a pilot. Bhuvan has been brought up and studied in Delhi. He did his schooling from Green Fields School, Delhi. He did BA in History from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College from delhi. Bhuvan had lost both his parents forever in 2021 due to Kovid.19.

Bhuvan was interested in becoming a musician. For this he also learned classical singing. He also used to do singing in a restaurant in Delhi. Slowly he started playing musical instruments. Bhuvan Bam started his youtube career in January 2015 which he named BB Ki Vines. One of his videos went viral in Pakistan which inspired him to create his own YouTube channel.
