Family of Amogh Lila Prabhu

Amogh Lila Prabhu was born on 1 July 1980 in a Punjabi family in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Amogh Lila Prabhu’s real name is Ashish arora. His father used to work in RAW Agency. Apart from parents, there are two sisters in his family who are married. Presently his father lives with his mother and Amogh leads a celibate life in ISKCON. Amogh has been associated with ISKCON since the age of 13, currently he is the Vice President of Dwarka ISKCON. He was attracted towards devotion and spirituality since childhood. Amogh is a spiritual motivational speaker who also imparts the knowledge of Bhagwat Geeta to the youth.

Amogh Lila Prabhu’s Education

Due to transfer of Amogh’s father to different places, his education did not happen at one place. His schooling started from Lucknow. He had completed his schooling in the year 2000. In the year 2004, he had completed his software engineering studies. He was very good in studies, apart from this he also used to play cricket, badminton, volleyball, football etc. From 2004 to 2010, he worked as a software engineer. After this he left his job and went to Dwarka to become a celibate.

Beginning of the spiritual life of Amogh Lila Prabhu

Amogh Lila Prabhu had true devotion towards Shri Krishna since childhood. He was a software engineer. But his mind was in spiritual knowledge. In his childhood, there were 6-7 verses of Geeta in his book by which he was very impressed. When he asked his teacher about this, he told that there is a book of Bhagwat Gita, it has 700 verses. Since then he decided to read it completely. From here he got inclined towards spirituality. In 2006, he took ‘Dharmic’ education from Guru Gopal Krishna Ji. In 2010 he came to Dwarka. He left his home and started living in the ISKCON temple and became a celibate. There he got engrossed in the devotion of Krishna and started inspiring people with the knowledge of Bhagavad Gita.
