About Shantanu Narayen
He was born on 27 May 1963 in Hyderabad, the capital of Andhra Pradesh in India. Shantanu Narayen’s father used to run a plastic business. His mother worked as an English teacher in America. But at present both of them are not in this world.
Shantanu did his schooling from a public school in Hyderabad, he obtained an engineering degree in computer science from the Hyderabad University of Engineering College, and after that he went to the US and obtained a computer master science degree from Bowling Green State University and After that, in 1993, he received an MBA degree from the Haas School of Business.

Shantanu started his career with Apple. After this worked as the director of Silicon Graphics. Shantanu Narayen thought of starting his own startup and Shantanu Narayen started Pictra Inc Salt Company. It was one of the world’s first internet photo sharing companies.
